■Provide on-site supports as a field trainer visiting surgical and urological customers with Teleflex Medical Japan (TMJ) or partner salesforce.
■Assisting new product launches though researching customers’ needs such as healthcare professionals, distributors, or other stakeholders.
■Planning and implementing sales force trainings according with new product launch plans.
■Developing and deploying promotional tools (e.g. catalogues) based on analysis of customers’ needs through collecting salesforce’s inputs, visiting customers, and participating in exhibitions at congresses.
■Planning and implementing effective promotional events for customers such as educational seminars, training workshops, and co-sponsored seminars at congress.
