Provide customer and technical support of ACIST products to our Japan customers ensuring compliance with all ACIST Quality System and regulatory requirements. Provide technical support and repair of ACIST products in the field (at customer account) and factory (in house at ACIST or designate 3rd party location) as required. Provide technical training of ACIST personnel, customers, and 3rd party providers on the technical support of ACIST products as needed.
Key contact in the Technical Services department for customer requests for after sales support, technical assistance and triage, and service and repair pertaining to the use and failure resolution of ACIST devices (and associated products) installed within the ACIST Japan customer base. This position routinely interacts with Customers (Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory staff and Biomedical Engineers), ACIST Sales/Clinical personnel (Direct and Dealer), 3rd Party Service & Logistic Providers, Customer Support/Service and QA.
