■Develop and manage comprehensive service programs in support of equipment evaluation and installation. Lead team responsible for execution to assure all customer service activities routinely met or exceed customer expectations.
■Develop and maintain all aspects of service delivery process within Capital Equipment Service. Assure that all service delivery process activities are, defined and mapped to appropriate SOPs, all service employees trained to appropriate SOPs.
■Develop, establish and manage relationships with all outsourced service providers as required. This list potentially includes, technical service providers and construction services providers. Assure that outsourced service provider performance and delivery is in line with BSJ SLA.
■Develop and maintain Capital Equipment Service performance metrics. Metrics to include all quantitative and qualitative criteria with appropriate tracking and management reporting. Work with technical support and field service management partners to assess business needs and respond appropriately.
