【Job Responsibilities】・Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to drive the growth of the nano-MBA program.・Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.・Design and implement sales and retention strategies to achieve team goals and KPIs, and drive program growth.・Develop and execute robust regional marketing strategies to drive enrollment, meet KPIs, and increase brand awareness.・Provide timely, data-driven feedback to the marketing team to optimize targeting strategies and promotional efforts.・Design and implement student engagement strategies to ensure a high-quality learning experience by promoting continued learning, increasing satisfaction, and addressing feedback through timely and effective communication.・Plan and coordinate events, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution in collaboration with stakeholders・Support cross-functional initiatives that add further value to the program.・Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed.【Career Trajectory】You will work with team leaders, senior employees, and external stakeholders to formulate and execute strategies necessary for business growth.
