The TechnicalSupport & Performance Department is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join its Asset Management team as a Renewal Planning Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the long-term health and performance of our assets, directly impacting our operational efficiency and financial success.。What You Will Do:●Develop scenarios and implement strategic asset renewal plans that align with businessobjectives and maximize return on investment.● Manage the entire lifecycle of our assets, from procurement and contract negotiation torenewal or replacement.● Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, assess risks, and make informeddecisions about asset management.● Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs andensure alignment on renewal strategies.You'll collaborate closely with:● BS&P Asia Asset Management: Leveraging their expertise and ensuring alignment withGroup strategies.● Business Lines: Understanding their operational needs to develop effective asset renewalstrategies.● Operations Teams: Cultivating a robust Asset Management culture and guiding them inmaking optimal renewal strategy decisions.Strategic Planning & Analysis○ Develop and maintain a multi-year asset renewal plan, considering asset condition,performance requirements, contractual obligations, risk analysis, and lifecycle costoptimization.○ Conduct comprehensive asset inventory and assessment, categorizing assets based oncriticality and risk.○ Perform lifecycle analysis to determine optimal timing for asset renewal or replacement.○ Identify and prioritize asset renewal activities based on risk assessment and strategicimportance.
