Job description 1. Supports a team towards being the best version of itself-Lead & encourage team spirit and teamwork within the team.-Help the team on reaching self-organization and getting the most value out of it.-Guide the team on using Agile practices to maximize value.-Help create a safe environment where issues can be shared & discussed in order to be solved.-Lead the Kaizen mindset for the team in their daily work.2. Helps people grow and learn-Identify & act on opportunities for team members to grow (KT, Feedback sessions, Shadowing…)-Help Product Owner to create and maintain the team’s backlog, to prioritize by value, to communicate with stakeholders…-Help and coach squad members so that the team can deliver the most value in the best way.-Lead by example.3. Facilitates workshops and make decision making easier-Facilitate discussions and workshops to make sure that the goal is clear and optimal value is reached.-Facilitate decision making in the team and with stakeholders.-If needed, facilitate conflict resolutions.4. Owns the team process-Own the team process by understanding it end-to-end and making it visible (Kanban, Scrum Board, Value Stream Mapping…)-Measure regularly its efficiency with actionable KPIs and lead Kaizen mindset to improve it continuously (Guide team in defining them, make sure they are measured, targets are defined, action plan is followed…)-Help manage & remove impediments hindering the team (when they cannot remove them themselves)5. Embodies transparency ＆ proactively communicate-Provide transparent team status visualization to know how the team is doing
