Purpose of the job:・Plan and execute Medical Affairs strategies, aiming at providing optimal clinical positioning of Lundbeck products and supporting their commercialization in Japan・Provide medical input to support assessment of internal pipeline assets and external opportunities, for investment decisions by collaborating with local and global R&D and New Product PlanningResponsibilities and Tasks:・Medical Strategy Planning■ Input to and alignment with Brand Plan・Lead Key External Experts (KEE) identification, mapping, segmentation andrelationship building in collaboration with MSLs to establish a network of KEE advocates・Support compliance review of promotional and non-promotional material as per local requirements・ Medical education content development for■ Medical Events (congresses, symposiums, roundtable, explanatory meetings) and advisory boards■ Digital customer engagement channels such as but not limited to Lundbeck Medical websites e.g. Progress in Mind, Lundbeck Institute・Lead and support customer-facing scientific activities in collaboration with MSLs and commercial field force・Scientific lead on Evidence Generation activities for the disease area / brand■ Evidence gap analysis ■ Evidence generation plan and lead・Medical Environment outlining■ Collaborate with marketing department on market and medical research■ Outline and understand Patient Journey・Scientific / Medical Training of MRs and MSLs・Partnership with Commercial and other functions and stakeholders・Provide and discuss the latest medical and scientific information upon request from external experts・Maintain expertise up to date in key disease areas ? competitors, scientific literature etc.
